Pumpkin Bundt Cake with Fruit Glaze Recipe

Pumpkin cake and fruit glaze, oh, a new prefect combination was created by me. I am really proud of my every achievement in cooking just because I love make various delicious foods for my families. Every time when I saw their smiles while eating my course, I always have the feeling full of happiness. So I want to share this new cake recipe with you and hope you can also own this happiness too.

Ingredients: For the cake:

Eggs, olive oil, canned pumpkin pie mix, water, pumpkin pie spice, moist spice cake mix, moist yellow cake mix

For the glaze:

Yellow food coloring

Red food coloring, sugar, honey, fruit juice, liqueur

Cooking method:

Firstly, bake the cake.

Preheat an oven to 350 degree. Prepare a greased baking pan.

Mix the eggs, oil, pie mix, water, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl and stir evenly until combined well. Whisk in the cake mixes.

Put the mixture into the prepared pan and place into the oven. Bake for about 1 hour until it reaches the desired condition. Take it out of the oven and set it on a rack to let it cool completely.

Secondly, make the glaze.

Put all the fruit you have to a food processor to get the fruit juice without pulp. I used oranges and lemons. You can make it as your actual situation. Mix the yellow food coloring and the red food coloring in a bowl. It will look like the orange color.

Stir in the powdered sugar, honey, fresh fruit juice and liqueur and mix well. Put the mixture in a small saucepan and heat with medium heat for about 5 minutes until the sugar is melted.

Finally, assemble the cake.

Scoop the glaze on the cooled cake evenly with a spoon. Top it with the remaining fruit like bananas, berries, and so on. They will make the cake more delicious as well as more beautiful.
